👉Why Choose Organic Food?

Before we get into the recipes we should first address the reasons why organic food is becoming so popular in a couple of words. The fruits, vegetables and grains are grown in an organic manner and no toxic chemicals, pesticides and artificial fertilisers are utilized. This means that they are healthier and are also environmentally friendly.

This has actually been observed to be the case when I switched to organic tomatoes. The taste was more pleasant, the colour even prettier and even a tomato salad turned into a work of art. And when you have sampled that freshness thenceforth you cannot revert.
